StarterKit is a small-business offer delivered by Dxbitz Technology. It is not presented as a separately licensed company. Quotations and service agreements identify the Dxbitz contracting entity and the agreed services.
Enquiries and quotes
This website introduces the package and accepts enquiries through external communication links. It does not take payments or create a service contract when you click a link. Pricing, scope, delivery timing and payment terms are agreed in a written quotation or service agreement before work starts.
Plans and VAT
Flex costs AED 599 per month. Growth costs AED 3,300 for 6 months. Business costs AED 5,000 for 12 months. Applicable VAT is added to these prices and to extras. Monthly equivalents for longer plans are comparisons: Growth is AED 550 per month and Business is approximately AED 417 per month. The Business plan price remains AED 5,000 for the full 12-month term. Your quote confirms payment timing and the agreed scope.
Package scope
All three plans include access to all ERPNext modules, cloud hosting and ticketing support. Module availability does not mean every module is configured as part of your implementation. The quotation explains the company setup, configuration, data work, training, support and applicable third-party services. Custom development, complex migration and additional entities require an agreed scope. Growth and Business include a branded invoice print format and e-invoicing onboarding; Flex does not include those services.
E-invoicing
Flex includes 1,000 e-invoices per month. Growth includes 6,000 across the full 6-month term. Business includes 15,000 across the full 12-month term, including 3,000 bonus e-invoices. Extra e-invoices cost AED 10 per 100, plus applicable VAT. We review your expected volume during the first call and confirm the provider arrangements before activation.
Electronic invoice exchange depends on the appropriate accredited provider arrangements, business onboarding, configuration and activation. Provider responsibilities, applicable charges and ongoing service terms are confirmed for your engagement. Dxbitz’s Frappe partnership is not e-invoicing provider accreditation.
Business plan services
Business includes priority support with a 4-hour response, 2 hours of customization credit per quarter, a quarterly VAT health check, an on-site training session and a price lock at renewal. Response time is not resolution time. Support coverage, credit scheduling, training arrangements and renewal details are confirmed in the service agreement. The VAT health check does not include return preparation or filing.

WPS preparation, renewal tracking and corporate-tax filing trackers mentioned as future areas of development are not delivered features of this launch package. Additional services must be expressly included in your agreement.
