Requesting a demonstration
The StarterKit wizard currently records your requirements with Dxbitz and takes you to the Dxbitz contact page. It does not provision a site or promise immediate access. Instant access and industry-specific demonstrations are being prepared. Access arrangements will be explained before you use a demo.
For evaluation only
A demo is for evaluating ERPNext features and example workflows. It is not your production system, a paid subscription, a confirmed implementation scope or proof that every illustrated feature is included in your Starter Plan configuration. A request does not place an order or create a paid service contract.
Use fictional data
Use only fictional business and transaction data. Do not enter real customer or employee information, identity documents, bank details, passwords, access keys or confidential records. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise before access, do not assume a demo is private to you. Demo records may be viewed by other demo users, reset or deleted. Do not rely on them for business records or backups.
Responsible use
Use the demo only to explore normal business workflows. Do not attempt to access other users’ information, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, run automated load tests, distribute malicious content or send unsolicited messages. Access may be restricted or ended where needed to protect the service and other users.
E-invoicing evaluation
Choosing e-invoicing in the wizard records your interest. It does not activate electronic invoice exchange, accredited provider onboarding or tax reporting. Any available demonstration must be identified as a simulation or test environment before access. Do not submit real invoices, connect production credentials or treat demo output as a valid tax submission.
Access and availability
Demo availability, session duration, access conditions and any restrictions will be stated when access is offered. Data and settings may change or be reset without preserving your work. A demonstration does not guarantee uptime, production performance, suitability for your business or regulatory compliance.
Privacy and questions
We use the details submitted in the wizard to handle your request under our Privacy Notice. These demo terms apply alongside our Website & Service Information.
