Browsing the website
This website serves static pages through Firebase Hosting. It does not currently use advertising pixels, visitor analytics scripts, website accounts or enquiry forms. The site does not set its own tracking cookies.
The hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, which can include your IP address and request information. See Google’s privacy information for its services.
When you contact us
WhatsApp, email and telephone links let you contact Dxbitz through those services. We receive the contact details and business information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, current software and requirements. We use these to respond to your enquiry, discuss a suitable scope and manage the resulting business relationship.
Please do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents or confidential financial records in an initial enquiry. If documents are needed for agreed work, we will discuss an appropriate way to share them.
External services
Following a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, which handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. Other external links, including official guidance and the Dxbitz website, take you to services with their own practices.
Access, retention and requests
Enquiry information may be handled by the Dxbitz team and the communication or business tools used to respond to you. Retention depends on whether the enquiry becomes an active engagement and any applicable record-keeping obligations.
To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or ask for deletion, email hello@dxbitz.com. We will consider the request alongside applicable legal and contractual requirements.
